I'd suggest to use C4::Budgets::GetBudgets with ({ budget_period_id =>
$budget_period_id }) instead of calling
  Koha::Database->new()->schema->resultset('Aqbudget')->search

It will make things easier to rewrite later. Indeed we should use a
Koha::Acquisition::Funds->search here, but does not exist yet.
