SQL error in bug-17698_add-noteseen-column-to-issues.sql

$dbh->do(q|ALTER TABLE issues ADD noteseen int(1) default NULL AFTER
notedate|);
and 
$dbh->do(q|ALTER TABLE old_issues ADD noteseen int(1) default NULL AFTER
notedate|);

ADD schould be ADD COLUMN
