Endpoint on top of the new Koha RESTful API - see
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=13799

It could be useful for integrating information about opening hours or holidays
to library website, for example, and probably many more usages that I can't
even imagine now ;)
