This problem goes beyond the issue mentioned here.  It also affects the
calculation of balances in fund accounting.  I am hoping to put together
something comprehensive about this matter including additional screenshots on a
separate instance running only acquisitions that I am hoping to set up shortly.
 I will add anything I construct to this bug report unless requested otherwise.
