[SIGNED OFF] Bug 19074: Fix category display in Batch patron modification.

* tools/modborrowers.pl (GetBorrowerInfos): Fix setting of patron
  category description.
* koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/tools/modborrowers.tt: Use
  it.
