Recently, I've been working on a different Linked Data system, and it's got me
thinking that I actually want to save the incoming RDFXML in Koha's MySQL
database. 

The reason for this is simply to keep the source data on-hand in the event that
we need to rebuild the triplestore. 

While reading about Fuseki TDB database corruption, there is talk about
rebuilding from the original source data and the only realistic way of doing
that with RDFXML harvested by OAI-PMH is to have that RDFXML stored as blobs
locally outside the triplestore too.
