Hello Alex
I tested again and realized that the problem is not bound to multi-receiving
function. I was focusing last time on verifying at each renewal wether issues
checkboxes was checked or not and I almost missed it (and my checkings were
followed by a subscription saving as a reflex).
So the remaining problem is that the irregularities are not fit to new
subscription unless you edit the subscription, run the test and save.
If you just make the renewal the irregularities(field irregularity) are not
updated.

When testing I fall again upon a bug that I have already posted for (  
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=15484). It's also
tight with irregularities and it would be great to have look at it.
