Are you sure?
Please restart Plack and - in this case important - flush the cache. The cache
might contain some constructs that have been outdated in view of this patch. A
regular upgrade should include restarting Plack and flashing the cache too.

Note that the line number 1124 does refer to a POD line in the current module.
This may be an indication of the above.
