Just a caveat, just discovered that some field names hard coded in
xsl-templates have names that differer in case from mappings.yaml.
(control-number for example). Zebra has case-insensitive field names, but this
will cause problems with elasticsearch. So this patch, while correcting some
links, might also break some that worked before. I'm planning on writing a fix
to make Elasticseach field names non case sensitive, but until that issue is
resolved this patch might causee issues.
