Draft Documentation (authored by Fiona Borthwick)

I've added a new attachment: a PDF document with proposed draft documentation
for the module.

This should provide sufficient information for any user wanting to play with
the module.

As it is intended for users it does not cover use of the cron script.

The manual was authored by Fiona Borthwick here at PTFS Europe.
