Documentation for Koha manual

This documentation PDF is a file generated from the kohadocs project. The patch
for that can be submitted at the same time that stock rotation is merged into
master.

Comments on the documentation, here attached as PDF, for the whole Tools
chapter (search for 'Stock Rotation' to get to the relevant section), very
welcome.
