Bug 16660: Moved Opac Supression filtering from opac-search.pl to
Zebra::QueryBuilder

To test:
OPAC: Both SearchEngine "Elasticsearch" and "Zebra" should work with
OpacSuppression set to "yes"

NB: OPAC suppression is not implemented for Elasticsearch
