When printing the summary from a patron account the table of checkouts has a
column 'charges' that is totaled in the last line of the table. It shows the
rental charges for each item, but the total also includes the overdue fines, so
that the column doesn't add up.

It would be better to have a separate column for the fines and have correct
totals for each column.
