Bug 17855 - As with the last patch the updated web installers step 3 is showing
bulletpoints for default data values which stops the user being able to
unselect data neccisary to use Koha.

Both the optional and default data in installer step 3 are being
successfully inserted into the database.

Unlike the previous patch the first three screens of the onboarding
tool are not working successfully, but are fixed in later patches.

Bug 17855 - All web installer data
