For problems like yours, I would suggest contacting one of the Koha listservs:
https://koha-community.org/support/koha-mailing-lists/, or going to the #koha
channel on the OFTC IRC network. 

Bugzilla is usually used by developers for tracking bugs that we find based on
problems like yours that we hear on IRC, the listserv, in-person, etc.
