Bug 17855 -Fifth update following tester feedback.

Implemented Javascript password check to determine if the values in the
'password' and 'confirm password' fields are consistent.

If passwords are not consistent a message informing the user is displayed and
they only have
to change the password values rather than re-fill out the whole form.
