Minor update here:

Autolocation are switched on and you are logging in with an IP address that
doesn't match your library. </div>

Major problem I see though, if I try to login I get the above error at the url:
http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/mainpage.pl

If I then cut that to:
http://localhost:8081

I am logged in and can perform staff actions.
