Yes, but I think it may be covered by 17527, which is currently in discussion,
because people didn't test and go, "Oh, strangeness when we do something bad
like everything set to hidden=-8 is perfectly okay." I'm going to tweak it to
Needs Sign off, so we can move forward on this.
