Bug 17334 - Second update following QA feedback

This commit contains the following changes:
1. Implemented the use of KohaDates TT plugin to format the date correctly
2. Removed the use of the temporary timestamp variable
3. Changed the date text to:
patron's info - Requested on Datetime
