Hi Josef,

Thank you very much for testing — and apologies for not getting right on this. 
I know how hard it is to context switch back and forth to a complex bug like
this.

This is now fixed by adding checks to the various .tt files (to make the links
only appear when appropriate), and by adding redirects to .pl files if the
syspref is switched off.

I have changed the buttons to btn-xs now.
