When adding orders from a staged file 'one by one' the order information
(quantity, fund, price) is not carried over into the order form.

To test:
- stage a few marc records
- open a new basket in acq
- use 'from staged file'
- open list of records in your file
- if there is no information yet, enter quantity, price, etc. 
- use the 'Add order' link at the top of the entry to go to the order form
- verify the entered information is not filled in

This is especially annoying when using records from a vendor where
MarcFieldsToOrder was used to nicely prepopulate the fields with all necessary
data. 

There is a work around by using the check box and the button at the bottom of
the list.
