Hi Jen, take a look at comment#13 especially:
- make sure the user you are testing with has neither budget_manage_all nor
superlibrarian permission. They will have budget_manage_all if they have full
acq permissions, so you might have to uncheck it.
- go to the funds configuration page for the rest.
