librdf-trine-perl 1.018-1 exists in Debian testing and Debian unstable at the
moment (https://packages.debian.org/buster/librdf-trine-perl).

I've made a bug report in Debian to get it updated in Debian stable and Debian
oldstable (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=865506), but I
think Jonas is saying that it's unlikely that it will make it back.
