Regarding replacement price - This is the price we charge the patron if they
lose or damage the item, but has nothing to do with the price of the new item
(it may be higher or lower than the original price.) Maybe it should be called
the replacement charge rather than replacement price.

Also, many libraries use the list price or retail price - i.e., the price that
is printed on the book, as the replacement price. We used to do that, plus
adding a processing fee, but now we have dropped the fee and use the price we
actually paid (the discounted price).

For this reason, when importing orders from our vendor we only import the
discounted price.
