There has been another discussion recently about making collection codes "full
Koha citizens" in terms of circulation conditions
(https://lists.katipo.co.nz/pipermail/koha/2017-May/048124.html). Maybe we need
to generally think about this. Would you want to discuss this during a
development meeting maybe? Or on the mailing list?
