Bug 18288 - Fix t/SocialData.t having a Test::DBIx::Class cache issue

REPLICATE ISSUE:

perl t/SocialData.t -> fails

AFTER THIS PATCH AND DEPENDENCIES:

perl t/SocialData.t -> OK
