I just took a quick peek here today, two things:
1 - Can we get a fleshed out test plan? Steps we should ensure work
(checkin/out, testing hourly loans, fines, etc)
2 - I think it would be necessary to have a way to set 'Working day' hours for
each library (possibly on the library admin page) rather than having to define
a repeated holiday and then remove the holiday
