I can reproduce on 3.22.

I can reproduce now on master : 

Suggested by :

<a href="mailto:aaa at xxx.fr">NAPISTE, Nicole (90519000014977)</a>

It is well sorted : DIFRON than NAPISTE.

If anyone can confirm I'll set has resolved.
