Bug 14698: (follow-up) Koha::AtomicUpdater->find allow hashref as param

Otherwise t/db_dependent/TestBuilder.t fails!

To test:
1. prove t/db_dependent/Koha/AtomicUpdater.t
2. prove t/db_dependent/TestBuilder.t
