Just to be clear on TT syntax.

There is a change :
-[% IF fines > 0 %]
+[% IF fines and fines > 0 %]

But also :
-    [% IF count > 0 %]
+    [% IF count %]

Why not using the same compact [% IF var %] ?
Is it false with undef and "0" right ?
