There was a bug with the current patches when using the calendar without a
library set. The calendar uses a default (DFLT) branch when no branchcode is
passed. It now displays a message indicating that you are using the default
calendar without having a library set.

I renamed the file so it matches the SQL, it's now : 

installer/data/mysql/atomicupdate/bug_17015_generate_discrete_calendar.perl

I will be adding a screencast soon to display the features and the behavior of 

our calendar.
