I thought kohadevbox takes care of that?

Btw I'm running it with this command:

LOCAL_ANSIBLE=1 SYNC_REPO="/etc/koha/kohaclone" SKIP_WEBINSTALLER=1
CREATE_ADMIN_USER=1 vagrant up --provision
