Iam receiving the below error, after upgrading from 3.22.6 to 16.11.4.
Upgrading was successful and it was working fine.
I exported the backup dump from 3.22.6 and imported the data to 16.11.4.  
Import data was not successful. 

Also the below error I got when I tried to login to the koha login page(Both
staff and opac) - 

Software error:

DBIx::Class::Storage::DBI::_dbh_execute(): Unknown column 'me.sms_provider_id'
in 'field list' at /usr/share/koha/lib/Koha/Objects.pm line 83
