Patches apply, but there is are some problems noted by the qa script:

 FAIL   misc/migration_tools/dedup_records.pl
   OK     critic
   FAIL   forbidden patterns
                forbidden pattern: merge marker (=======) (line 419)
   OK     git manipulation
   OK     pod
   OK     spelling
   FAIL   valid
                when is experimental
