Ok, now it should be behaving like master. I tried to add some accuracy, but
drawbacks are obviously too big...

For me it is placed center of the table. At any rate I believe my patch did not
change the table, it just makes a issuesTable.api().ajax.reload() call. Could
you please a) check it in another browser b) compare to master. Thanks a lot.
