Exporting does work as expected.

But I don't think the importing should work this way: it does NOT matter, to
which authtype you import, it imports everytime to the framework with the same
typecode - I think step 6 in test plan is bad - biblio framework import does
not need that, so it should be consistent.

And please update your patch according to comment 29.
