When editing an item that contains a value in 952$d Date accessioned
(items.dateaccessioned), the 'tag editor' or ... button is non functional.  in
16.11 this button would update the date in the field to today's date. 
Currently it does nothing.

When adding a new item, clicking the ... will populate the dateaccessioned
field with today's date.

1. Edit Items
2. if item has value in 'd' subfield, click the ellipses ...
3. nothing will happen (Note: the field can still be manually edited)
4. if the item has no value in 'd' subfield click the ellipses ...
5. field will autopopulate with today's date.
