This patch does 2 things:
1. Only accept few chars for branchcode (accentuated chars are rejected)
2. Fix the deletion problem if a branchcode contains special characters

It may be a problem for non latin alphabets to restrict as possiblities. Do we
have known problems with branchcode containing special chars?
