Hi David 

This patch looks really good but one point that needs to be fixed is that on
the paycollect.tt page there is no 'PayPal' option in the dropdown box however
you have got a case statement for displaying 'Payment, thanks (PayPal)' in the
boraccount.tt and opac-account.tt. Can you please add the 'PayPal' option in
the paycollect.tt dropdown input. Thanks
