Signing off, the errors I encountered are all fixed.

Usability of this still feels a bit awkward and could be improved in the
future. 2 things:

- Adding a description is only possible after adding the first items. This
might be irritating to some.
- When you enter a description but forget to save and then add items, the
description is emptied out. The separation of the forms could be visually more
clear.
