Ah ha, yes that's was my issue.  Now applies cleanly if I run interactive 'git
bz apply 18267' and delete the line for patch 65246.  Is there anything to test
before signing off other than making sure that both t/EdiInvoice.t and
t/Edifact.t run successfully (they do on master)?
