Hi Katrin,
In our process we use the pref syst. AcqItemSetSubfieldsWhenReceived who set
the status of the item changes from on order to in processing. And it is at
this moment the email (Available) suggestion is send to the patron. It will be
nice if this email would be send right afther the item change status from in
processing to available.
Otherwise, it will be nice to decide when the notifications will be send to
patron. There might be an option in the suggestion tools to send manually the
item’s email related to the patron’s suggestion.
