I think it could be interesting for a library to see all types of different
fines and how much is owed.

XXX ILL fees
XXX overdue fees
XXX lost item

Often fines and fees make part of a libraries budget. There is currently no
place in Koha for it, but I can imagine that there exist a range of reports
libraries use. I know we got one.
