Just installed the patch and did step 1 and 2. though running the command at
step 2 gives me this:

export PERL5LIB=/path/to/koha;export
KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml;./purge_suggestions.pl -days 30

I understand it is not the result you want?
