We could show the description of the tag too, but it will display bad as well,
"tag / subfield" would be: "SERIES STATEMENT/ADDED ENTRY--TITLE / Title".

Do you have a suggestion to improve that?

It's a bug in TransformHtmlToXml, I have opened and attached a patch on bug
20540.
