Bug 20588 - Apply dataTable on search fields and mapping tables

This add the following capabilities:
  - Pagination,
  - columns sorting,
  - data filtering

Test plan:
  - apply this patch,
  - update DB and schema files,
  - add/remove search fields and mappings
