Bug 17385: Add tests for CustomXSLTExportList

+ Added tests for CustomXSLTExportList to C4::XSLT
+ Added an eval block in CustomXSLTExportList to handle invalid XML.

* Removed Opac parameter, but now handle "OPACXSLTCustomExport" as equivalent

+ Added "Custom" option to OPACExportOptions preference.
