There is something not quite right with the default URL and mappings. We have
since removed the chapter numbers from the file names in Sphinx, but the
patches seem to link to an outdated version of the manual:

vs correct:

Have to stop working on this for now, hope to be back later today. If you beat
me to fixing this. I'd not be unhappy about it :)
