Bug 20935: Remove 'no match' box when it does

Test plan:
Hit /cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl
Search for "AcqCreateX"
=> You get "No matching terms were found on this page"
Remove the last X
=> Without this patch the "no matching" box is still displayed
