i've been setting all parameters in koha administration, my smtp service, and i
can't make working the "forgotten password" in opac.
when i click in link "forgotten password" it save the "email/message" in table
of database, i installed postfix and mailutil to make it work (with an external
smtp server) but it doesn't send email, but when i enter to the terminal and i
execute this command "sudo koha-shell library(instance name)" and then i
execute "/usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs/process_message_queue.pl"
After those steps, finally i receive the email, so i think that i have to make
it manual way to make it work, i've been investigatin a lot! i read every
document and solution i've saw here and others page but i can't solve my
problem, i hope you can help guys, i will really aprecciate it!

Database: Mariadb
SO: Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS
Using: External smtp service
postfix
mailutil
